Koderka Website Terms of Service

These terms (regulamin) cover the services provided electronically on koderka.com. Each app has its own terms, linked from the app’s page.

The services are provided by Koderka Łukasz Nawrocki, Adama Logi 17/1, 60-134 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7792359653, email support@koderka.com.

• Reading the site: free, with no account.
• The contact form: you send a message, and I reply by email.
• The newsletter: an email when I publish a new post, after you confirm your address.
• The RSS feed: new posts in a feed reader.

All services are free.

• A current web browser.
• JavaScript, for the spam check on the forms only.
• An email address, for the contact form and the newsletter.

Don’t send unlawful content through the forms, and don’t use them to send spam or to harm the site or other people.

• Contact form: each message is a separate service; it ends when the message is sent.
• Newsletter: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to support@koderka.com.
• Reading the site and the RSS feed: stop using them at any time.

Send complaints about the services to support@koderka.com. Describe the problem and how to reach you. I answer within 14 days.

How I handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Polish law. This doesn’t take away any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

When these terms change, I publish a new version with a new effective date. Earlier versions stay online, linked from this page.
